Returns:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval.

• If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Non-returnable items:

• Sale items or personalized products.

• Personal care accessories (e.g., used beard tools).
